Nara Sargsyan

Nara Sargsyan is 25 years old. She lives with her mother in a small house in Martouni, Nagorno Karabakh. Her father died 20 years ago. Nara has been wheelchair-bound for 7 years due to her spine fracture.
First thing that bursts upon the eye while talking to her is Nara’s wonderful smile that gives a feeling of unbelievably courage that is definitely unusual for such young and suffered girl. She likes to talk via Internet with people from different parts of the world and she is fond of macramé. Like any other girl Nara likes to read love stories and her darling dream is to become a journalist. When somebody asks Nara about her future she replies that she hopes for better changes in her life.
Nara went through two operations in Yerevan. Moreover, now she is taking a course at the Caroline Cox Rehabilitation Center in Stepanakert. Sometimes Nara walks on crutches but she can`t do it for a long because of her backache.
Werner Wicker Klinik (Germany) – one of the world’s famous clinics agreed to help Nara by performing the operation to recover her moving abilities. The treatment in the medical center costs 40.000 Euros. Along with additional expenses for two persons trip (Nara and her mother) and other expenses (visa, accommodation in Germany and so on) the cost rises up to 45.000 Euros. Unfortunately, Nara`s family where father died long ago and mother is the only one who earns their living can`t raise such funds.
